District Growth Consultant - Peter Bowden
Peter Bowden, an engaged consultant working with the district, develops trainings and engages in consulting to assist lay leaders, ministers and staff develop healthy and well-functioning congregations.  This included coordinating trainings and providing resource information on church organization development, lifespan religious education and faith formation, growth strategies and ministry with youth and young adults.  He also offers advise to the District on website and new media operations.

Religious Professional Development Coach - Diane Elliott
Diane Elliot is available to provide coaching, advice and encouragement to those who work in the many faceted world of religious education. She will be working to support, strengthen, and inspire the ministry of religious education and religious educators. Diane strongly believes that Children are the future of Unitarian Universalism.

Provides retreat faciliation and special consultations to congregation for:  Board/Parish Committee retreats, congregation mission development retreats, strategic or long-range planning meetings.  Consultants are paid by the congregation for session, preparation time and expenses.
